A radical reorientation

In Back to Basics, we discovered that we need to let go of the preconceived assumption that there is a relationship between the star-spangled sky and the lot of individual human beings. We also determined that a projected connection between the horoscope and the Earth does in fact exist. Perhaps these discoveries will be felt by some as a ‘disenchantment’ of our view of astrology, but on the other hand, we have found a few interesting clues to continue our quest. Still, all things considered, it does imply a radical reorientation. Before we continue, it seems a good idea to let these findings really sink in.

We saw that there is a difference between the large belt of stars we call the sidereal Zodiac and the tropical Zodiac that we work with as astrologers.

Following a similar line of reasoning, we have concluded that all human beings experience their life from within their own tiny universe.

- the nature and validity of analogous thinking,

- the mechanism of projection, in a technical, as well as in a psychological and concrete sense,

- our relationship with the Earth.
